Question, and apologies if this has already been listed somewhere - I was considering apping a character that is rather minor in her canon. I think I could provide enough canon information to reasonably fill out an app, but the trouble is that she has no dialogue and is never named. Is she still appable and, if so, would I be able to give her a name?
